Age restriction
Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Schild Estate Wines. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
Ordering
Schild Estate Wines will accept orders from anywhere in Australia.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed.
Refund and return policy
Should Schild Estate Wines send you incorrect, damaged or defective goods, you may return them to Schild Estate Wines, 1 Lyndoch Valley Road Lyndoch SA 5351 within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Schild Estate Wines will cover the cost of returning the goods should it be deemed you have received incorrect, damaged or defective goods. Refunds and replacements will be processed or delivered with 2 working weeks from receipt of the returned goods to Schild Estate Wines.
To request a refund or replacement you must report the incorrect, damaged or defective goods received to Schild Estate Wines by phone (08) 8524 5560 or email purebarossa@schildestate.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
Delivery
Shipping handled by Fastway couriers (www.fastway.com.au) and will be delivered within 10 working days.
International Delivery
For orders placed and to be delivered outside of Australia please contact purebarossa@schildestate.com.au and we will put you in contact with our official distributor in your country.
Availability
Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 12 bottles.

Introduction
Schild Estate Wines and our transaction service provider Merchant Warrior (hereinafter collectively referred to as Schild Estate Wines) is committed to protecting your privacy as an Internet user whenever you buy goods or services. Schild Estate Wines recognizes its responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information which Schild Estate Wines acquires in connection with such a transaction. Schild Estate Wines protects personal information (at a minimum) to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Please note however; Schild Estate Wines responsibility is limited to protection by Schild Estate Wines of information which Schild Estate Wines obtains.
Collection of Information
To enable Schild Estate Wines to provide secure payment facilities it will typically acquire information which may include the Cardholder’s name, credit card number (with the expiry date) and billing address.
Use and Disclosure of Information
Schild Estate Wines uses the information to obtain authorization of the transaction from the Issuing bank of the credit card and Schild Estate Wines bank and to process the payment. Some details from the transaction (such as name, email and delivery address) may be made available to Schild Estate Wines to allow Schild Estate Wines to arrange delivery of goods and to process refunds. Schild Estate Wines will never disclose this information to third-parties.

Schild Estate Wines is committed to data security. Schild Estate Wines uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Your credit card details are not stored in our system, but are encrypted and passed through our payment gateway and onto the bank where they are securely decrypted.
